These terms of service apply to all Barbermo OÜ services. By using our services, you agree to the following conditions.

Barbermo OÜ provides the following services:
- Haircut and styling
- Beard trim and shaping
- Haircut and beard trim
- At your home or office service
2. Booking and Cancellation
Booking Rules:
- • Booking is only by prior arrangement
- • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellation
- • Late cancellation may incur a cancellation fee
3. Pricing and Payment
Service prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time. All prices include VAT.
Payment: All payments are made on-site in cash or by card. We do not accept advance payments or installments.
4. Client Obligations
Your obligations as a client:
- Arriving on time
- Confirming the previously agreed time
- Notifying us 24 hours in advance if cancellation is needed
- Constructive feedback on service quality
- Timely payment for the service

Barbermo OÜ obligations:
- Providing professional service
- Using quality tools and materials
- Ensuring hygiene and safety
- Listening to and considering client preferences
- Ensuring privacy and data protection
6. Liability and Guarantees
Important: We always strive to provide the best possible service, but cannot guarantee that the result will exactly match your expectations. All services are based on our professional judgment and experience.
- We are not responsible for previously unknown allergic reactions
- Changes made by the client after the service are not covered by warranty
- We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., Setmore)
- Liability is limited to the cost of the service

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR requirements.

8. Cancellation and Refunds
Since our services are personalized and performed in real-time, it is not possible to return the service after it has been provided.
- No fee is charged for previously cancelled bookings
